The hotel looks stunning and the view from the beach club is amazing!

If you’re booking Jungle rooms, know that there’s a restaurant right next to them (not part of the hotel) that plays loud music until around midnight so not ideal for a relaxing stay.

Tout ! Le cadre, le personnel, le beach club rattaché à l’hôtel est incroyable, le déjeuner est sympa, la tranquillité (nous étions en mi-avril)

Beaucoup de piqûres de moustiques pour ma part. Mais ce n’est qu’un détail. Rien à signaler sinon !

"Change the staff and the prices for meals and drink"

Decoration is good

The kitchen is pretty small and the fridge was super dirty.. The staff at the front desk and beach club is awful! At the bar we had to pay way more for our drinks in the menu was a different price, but they add in purpose sodas which they drink in the end! I felt robbed! Also the breakfast is pricy for what you got!! And isnt tasty!! Europe is way cheaper than this!! Been there when was NOMADS and the experience was amazing but know as Mayan monkey is not great.. my only night there was very dissatisfied, disappointed.
