Location close to restaurants

At our arrival the staff told us that the room that we booked was taken by someone else. We had to move at another hotel. In the other hotel bedsheet were dirty and there was no hot water at night (Islamabad is a cold city) No one mentioned this at our arrival nor in the hotel description on booking.com. Beside, they claim to be a 5star hotel.

A very clean hotel, Nicely decorated rooms and lobby.Staff was very humble and friendly, prices are reasonable.Location is very central and accessible to shops n all.

Microwave oven should be provided to heat up food.
