"Adorable - but tiny"

This would be an excellent place for one person and it really was not bad for two. It is a loft, but with all modern conveniences for bathroom and kitchen. (And thank heavens for the really efficient fan). Good location - a block or so to restaurants & coffee shop as well as the park, and an easy walk in the other direction into the wooded area.
