Old Town Sedlar Apartment

Central location, fully equipped clean studio. Recommended

Loved the location. Very close to waterfront, ferries and buses. Bedroom was huge and a very comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. Well presented. Huge TV. Balcony, washing line and washing machine were great. Lovely big shower.

The narrow spiral staircase meant our suitcases were downstairs but shower, bedroom and wardrobe were upstairs. I'm 189 cm and my shoulders were rubbing against the side of the staircase as I was going up and down, its quite narrow. The strange arrangement of the toilet downstairs and shower in bedroom upstairs meant you were always going up and down between the 2 rooms. Because we couldn't physically take our suitcases upstairs they took up quite a bit of room in the smallish downstairs area.

Newly renovated and furnished studio on two floors. Very cute, just as on pictures. Everything was clean. I really liked the tiny balcony. The kitchen has everything for cooking. Also, the host has left some tea and coffee, as well as packed croissants. A comfortable bed and pillows. The location is great and safe: 5min to the old town, 10 min to the central bus station. There are several bakeries and supermarkets, as well as the Green Market nearby. Easy communication with the owner, he is very responsive.

- I would have rated my stay with 9 points, if not the problem with the shower. After getting cold in the city center I returned to take a hot shower and sleep, however, 7-8 min later the water turned cold, while I had shampoo on my head. It turned out that the water heating system turned off. I wrote the host and he responded immediately with instructions. However, it took the system 30-40 min to work again. Of course I didn't wait for 40 min and ended up washing my hair and body with cold water. This honestly ruined my vacation, as I got terrible flu for a few days. To me this makes a huge difference. For the price, I expect a little bit more comfort. - There were some small flying bugs (not biting, not harmful), looking like butterflies in the flat, perpahs due to humidity. While not disturbing, it is unpleasant

The location was perfect, only about 5-10 minutes walk from the old town and ferries/buses and it is located on a quiet street. The apartment is modern and comfortable and the host is very welcoming and helpful :)

There are no bedside lamps and the shower is in the bedroom which is a bit weird

Location was great, hosts were available when needed and quick to respond. Everything clean and in working order, kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, etc.

Spiral stairs leading to the bedroom were unusual and could be a problem for larger people, I got used to them. It wouldn't stop me from returning though.

Cute cozy home inside the old streets of Split. Great kitchen with coffee pot and plenty of cookware. Lovely little terrace overlooking the little alley.

Noting, it was great!

The property was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. It also had good air conditioning and a balcony which was a nice place to sit.
