La vue sur les champs de la Toscane. L'emplacement en plein centre de ce beau village. Emplacement par rapport aux activités proches : lac, autres villages mignons, aquarium scientifique, plage à 30min...

Vaisselle inadéquate (casserole où la poignée était cassée), fenêtre abîmée (juste en voulant ouvrir les volets de ma.chambre, l'anti moustique m'est tombé sur la tête, le jour suivant en voulant fermer le volet, un bout en bois du volet ou fenêtre est tombé dans la rue). Aucune ne ferme correctement. Beaucoup de poussières. Vaisselle mal lavée. Et même un tire-bouchon dans une région spécialisée dans le vin.
