The accommodation was spacious. The host responded to me promptly. The hose was eady to access.

The bathroom divided (separate toilet), no lock on the doors. The detergent used to clean was very strong and offensive ( triggered my migraine).

"Lovely stay in a lovely and spacious apartment."

Very clean and tastefully done up. There was enough room for me, my wife and our 3 young adult kids. We are not easily impressed but we were truly impressed. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it .

Kitchen, living room were spacious . Cleaning was acceptable. The host was very responsive.

Location: Immediate home in the neighbourhood looked okish but the rest of the neighbourhood seems to be quite socially deprived and rough. Shops in nearby streets were rundown. Drive to the main city centre is either through the Tyne tunnel which is a pain as the tolls paying system is online and not the most effective one. Avoiding tunnel is an option but add on to journey time . Property seems to have been renovated but the floor in first floor underneath the carpet is loose in few places and one can feel the boards moving when walking on it. One of the mattress in the two beds room was very low quality spring mattress and I would not keep it there for guests . Toilet seat was loose . Towels were clean but could do with replacement!
