Very nice people, close to the Nationalpark and a very good guide. Room was clean with mosquitonet and AC.

Nice homestay close to Tangkoko. Big room, confortable bed, quite place. Fan and his wife has been really helpful for everything! Fan was our guide during the visit of Tangkoko. He was amazing, could see everything! He had a telescope to see animals far away that was really helpful and allowed us to do great picture! We've done the full day visit (6am to 6pm) and that was amazing! The only recommendation is to bring snorkeling equipment for the lunch break (around 2h), which is located on an amazing beach with corals, as we were so frustrated to not have bring mask and scuba :)

Big and clean room. Quiet. Food is good and affordable. We booked morning and afternoon tours with the homestay and our guide was great. Kind owner there. Water and coffee/tea available are a plus. As a room was available we could check in early in the morning which is nice to sleep after a night between airplanes and waiting room

The homestay managed to find a driver but the price we fixed together for a taxi back to manado was not what has been said to the driver who asked more.

The rooms are basic but have all you need. The are quite spacious which was a plus and we could also sit outside. The manager Alfons is really nice, knowledgable and speaks very good English. We had good conversations with him.

The restaurant wasn’t satisfactory: we had our worst gado-gado in 3 months and the ambience wasn’t really welcoming. Prices are also high compared to the same level of restaurants. The worst experience we had was with guides in the park. The homestay arranged our morning walk and our guide wasn’t competent: he couldn’t communicate in English, he didn’t provide any briefing and worst of all he didn’t have any binoculars. The main attraction is to spot animals that are high on the trees and without binocular it was totally pointless. If you go with this homestay, make sure you get Alfons or Fun as your guides.

Great price-value-ratio and great service. We stayed two nights. Room is pretty big with 2 good beds and good matresses and good AC. Bathroom is a little bit old but has everything you need. The nights were pretty quiet. The restaurant cooks good food. Nasi goreng and Gado Gado 30k IDR each. For breakfast you get 2pancakes with honey and a banana. Free coffee, tea, water all the time. We did two tours with the owner named Fun. He doesn't talk much but he answers all the questions and he is damn good at finding everything you want to see. Even the other guides started following us and using our guide's telescope to show their customers the cool animals. Fun told us the morning tour will be from 6am to 10am but he went into hunting mode and we came back at 12:30 after we really found everything. Evening Tour is from 5pm to 7pm. We had a great time. Everybody there is very nice and tries to make your stay perfect. When we couldn't get a Grab to Bitung Fun waited on the street stopping cars and asking if they can take us until we found one. Also the village is cute, beautiful beach and also good for snorkeling when there is not too much wind.
