Perfect living in Eastern

Spacious room, quiet

No lock to the internal door - a male family member shared the bathroom during the night. Linen on bed wasn’t fresh. There was no off street parking - I had to park on the road. The kitchenette was minimal. I never saw the host - text communication only.

Great hosts and super value for money

The accommodation is wide and looks really like a small flat. Private entrance is very good. Spacious room for parking in the driveway. Location is good if you have a car, close to the seaside but easy to get to Auckland city centre. Neighbourhood is quite and elegant. The host has been very responsive.

The kitchen is limited and definitely it lacks cutlery: the flat can accommodate four people but there are only two pieces of forks and knives there should be four (and spoons as well!). A toaster would be also great but not essential. Also some tools for cleaning the bathroom would be nice (a broom for example), even though the owner has been immediately responsive to any requests. The flat has direct access to the main house through some internal stairs and one of the family sleeps in the same floor. However the hosts have been extremely respectful of our privacy.

The place was very clean cosy and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The view from the property is beautiful

The apartment was clean & plenty of room. Shower was really nice. The host was very nice & told us everything we wanted to know.

It would have been good to have the kettle in our room. There was coffee but some tea bags & milk would have been good. It was fine but we thought we would be able to lock our rooms from the rest of the house.
