Everything was perfect. The apartment is big and very clean. I really recommend it. We will return there again. Thank you for everything!

The place was nice, the space was clean.

Was cold in the room, radiators didn t work...

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per due giorni insieme alla mia famiglia e l’esperienza è stata ottima. La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben arredata, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. La camera principale è spaziosa e il divano letto molto comodo. Ben posizionata per visitare Bologna, in una zona tranquilla ma comoda, soprattutto per chi deve raggiungere l’Ospedale Rizzoli.

Piccolo dettaglio da segnalare: la doccia perdeva un po’ d’acqua.

The appartment is adequate for 4 persons. It is very well equipped, everything was functional. The area is great if you expect a quite living, close to to a fascinating park. Moreover, there is a bus station in 50m to go to the city center.

Despite the advantages, the appartment is "semi basement", i.e. at the basement and half of it in the ground with some highly put and small windows. Little light is generally coming, however, sometimes is more than enough when you want to sleep and you realise that the kitchen window has no curtain. The mold is present is some places (e.g the bathroom or room corners). Moreover, the effort for cleaning is highly acknowledged, however, because it is half in the ground, the presence of different types of insects cannot be avoided.
