Location and walkable to many places

The 2-inch gap on either side of the bathroom door and the fact that it didn't click closed or have a lock.

The location was convenient

The property was not clean. Our original room was dirty, it smelled like pets were previously in the room, and the bathroom was not clean and smelled like urine. The room we were moved smelled just as bad and was very dusty. One of the front desk workers, who I believe was manager, seemed to be offended/ irritated when I advised them of the condition of our second room as if me bringing this to his attention was an issue. I did not want to take time out of my trip to have to deal with sub-standard hotel conditions. We asked for towels and wash clothes and was told we would have them in minutes, but only received them the following day after having to request them again. My fiancé and I travel often and prefer to stay in Marriott hotels, but unfortunately the particular hotel and staff did not live up to the Marriott standard that we are accustomed to.

Convenient location to our visited attractions

The room was very poorly light. This was a handicapped access room which I believe should have more light than others to help navigate

Забронировали через букинг большой номер на 6 человек с завтраками. За завтраки взяли по 17 долларов с человека. На информацию, что мы бронировали с завтраками, реагировали монотонными ответами, что без завтраков ((. Такой несправедливостью очень испортили настроение. Номер был не готов на 6 человек (не хватало полотенец и одеял, дозвониться до ресепшена не возможно). Бассейн мелкий, джакузи нет. Семейный номер максимально тесный
