"Didn’t get what we paid for"

The only plus was the location as it was a short walk to the promenade.

We weren’t impressed with this property at all. From not been given clear instructions of how to get into the property and having to make numerous calls to try and find out what the key code was to then be told it had been sent to the wrong email. The property wasn’t clean and pretty dated. We couldn’t use the cinema room as the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Again contacted them about it but nothing was resolved. All in all very disappointed.
