Overall cleanliness

Advertised parking spot is a trap. It is suitable for a motocycle or a mini car only (Smart or Fiat 500 like). Any average size car (not to mention an SUV) would be close to impossible to park. The total bill of my repairs after trying to use the spot is close to 1000 Euris, so everyobe can do the math.
