Posizione strategica, pieno centro. La location con tutti i comfort. Letti comodissimi. Cucina dotata di tutti gli accessori. Affacciarsi dai balconi su via Maqueda, nn ha eguali. Bisogna provare. Ci ha accolto Alessandro, disponibilissimo. Che dire? Tornerò a Palermo, città magica e sacra e tornerò a Casa Zagato. Grazie di tutto. Tiziana da Roma.

Ideal for One couple. Architectural masterpiece, two-level apartment of 60`s style. Windows facing both sides of two pedestrian streets. High wooden shutters from the floor to ceiling, especially in the morning time, bring you the incredible vibe. Double-glazed windows let you get enough sleep. It is not the top floor, but the neighborhood is not disturbing. Kitchen is equipped and functionning. The bathroom has some questionning, even though we had managed) The cleaning service is suggested, but we didn`t want to be disturbed. We truthfully enjoyed the each day spent there. Идеально для одной пары. Великолепная работа архитектора - двухуровневые апартаменты в стиле 60-х. Угловое помещение - окна выходят на две пешеходные улицы. Деревянные ставни - "от пола до потолка" открываются на два прекрасных балкона и, особенно по утрам, создают невероятно приятную атмосферу. Стеклопакеты не пропускают шум с ночной улицы, это позволяет хорошо выспаться. Это не верхний этаж, но соседей практически не слышно. На кухне все работает. К ванной комнате пришлось немного приспосабливаться - душ подтекает, из раковины не уходит вода, но несколько купленных тряпок и ведро с водой около унитаза легко решили проблемы. Уборку не заказывали, никто нас не беспокоил. Наслаждались каждым проведенным днем.

The host side speak just italian. The transfer service is highly not recommended. Принимающая сторона говорит только на итальянском. Трансфер не рекомендуем, поскольку отказавшись от него при прилете - имели, при получении ключей, сердитого человека. Согласившись на обратный трансфер в аэропорт - зарегистрировались последними.

This is a huge, loft-like, perfectly located apartment in a baroque town palace..great place to stay

The location is fantastic for sight seeing. The space is large, clean and roomy. Our host was more than accommodating, especially since we unfortunately had to come in very late. We had a bird's eye view of everything around from the balcony.

Driving there is a bit crazy if you're not used to driving in an Italian city.

Przestronny apartament z "klimatem" w doskonałej lokalizacji - 200 m od Quattro Canti. Przemiły Alessandro - pomógł z nocnym transferem na lotnisko. Pomimo kilku małych uchybień jestem zadowolony.

Przydałoby się odświeżenie sprzętów kuchennych. Zabrakło kieliszków do wina i choćby 1 wymiany ręczników. Były problemy z ciepłą wodą. Bezpośrednie otoczenie kamienicy dość średnie, ale to nie wina właściciela...

Property is centrally located to major attractions and walking distance to train station

absolutely loved the location. relatively quiet street but kinda in the city centre so you walk to all the important places in Palermo. loved the uniqueness of the apartment, the two floors and the balcony took our breath away. there was. everything we needed, 2 comfy beds, equipped bathroom and kitchen. loved the kindness of Alessandro. and super close to a big Lidl which also mattered.

the balcony was kinda dirty so we needed to stay in our outdoor shoes in the whole apartment because we visited the balcony often. and also there's some kind of renovation going on on the other balcony. it didn't really bother us but we couldn't open that window. that's it. also just a tip for the hot water: when it turns cold, open the tap water in the sink and it's gonna come hot in the shower :)

The house was centrally located and the interior design was functional and very stylish. Everything was thought out and clean.

It was noisy in the morning due to some renovation work in the building. Probably a temporary situation.
