"Apart from the stairs to level one and the lift we enjoyed our stay and recommend to others."

The property is in a fantastic location, close to bus stops and restaurants. The view was amazing. The transfer pickup from airport was appreciated. Edward the driver was exceptional providing a great service and information during the ride as well as helping us into the apartment.

The stairs to the level where the lift is located are steep and had no hand rail. We have recommended to agent that a hand rail be installed as it is an issue for those with mobility problems.

"Beautiful new apartment with a breathtaking view of the bay and Valetta"

Beautiful new apartment with a breathtaking view of the bay and Valetta, wonderful to drink morning coffee there. Walk 5min to the bus, 15 min to the ferry. Plenty of restaurants with world cuisines nearby. Comfortable bed in the apartment. Large limit of electricity consumption. No dishwasher but there are all appliances to clean efficiently. Extremely clean. Quick releasing of deposit.

- Additional charge for late check-in after 9 pm, even if you use the transfer offered by the hosts. - Booking.com warns against clicking on unknown links. I did not find this information on booking.com but after booking the apartment, I was given a link via booking.com chat to the lease agreement for that apartment. If I did not sign this agreement, I would not get access to the apartment. - Funny story, first time happened to me. When I wanted to open the sofa in the living room, I found that it was locked. When I asked how to unfold the sofa, I received an additional question about why I wanted to open the sofa and whether I was renting in 2 people or more. When I answered that I just wanted to watch TV on the opened sofa, I was told that they could send someone to unblock the sofa.

"beautiful apartment, well located for visiting the island, with all the bars and restaurants on site"

Beautiful apartment, modern, comfortable, harbour sea view, good equipment, large space, quiet, ... All shops et restaurants just down the street.

The acces with the stairs to get the lift. No basics for food: for example: no salt, pepper or oil,... No parking but booking.com said: "parking free". The parking is free but it is very difficult to find a parking space, but very far away.
