"Great place for a short stay in convenience location."

8.0

Great little place for a short stay. Clean and modern in a convient location, walking distance from harbour (although you need to be able to cope with hills). Welcoming package of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits to get you started as well as cleaning products which was helpful, but very close to Tesco so easy to get supplies in. Lovely, spacious shower room, well equiped kitchen (nice, range-style cooker) and garden with terrace. Would book again.

The hoover didnt pick up at all so we had to make do with a sweaping bush and there was no dust pan so scooping up the bits was tricky. Suggest both a new hoover and a dust pan and brush. The carparking area was incredibly tight with little space to manouver. Luckily not all the spaces were taken when we stayed so we could get in and out but had the space opposite been taken, there wouldnt have been enough room to reverse out. Our car isnt that big either.

"Disappointed"

5.0

There were a number of issues: When locking the front door from the outside, raising the handle to engage locking mechanism, pulled the hand out and prevented it from being locked from the outside. Unable to use the back gate to reenter the property. This made it difficult and concerning with the problems locking the front door from the outside. It would have been nice to have a key to the house front door as well as the porch door. Bathroom hot tap would not turn off, constantly running. The velux window in the bathroom was impossible to open safely. I'm 5' 10" and could not reach the handle to open the window to clear the steam from the shower. Ditto to close it and lock it. Back bedroom smelled sweaty and damp. Wardrobe shelf in back bedroom was missing. Bins were housed in a wooden structure, make the garden look better. But you had to lift two lids the wooden one and then the wheelie bin lid (which was very dirty) to dispose of the waste. It would have been nice to have coat hangers inside the house not outside in the damp porch. So all the wet coats were on the backs of the kitchen chairs. Everything was low, toilet, bed, bedroom mirror, sofa. If the visitor has a mobility issue, beware, lots of steps and quite a walk from parking space to property. The only levl access is via gate but as stated above that is not possible. Really disappointing stay, lots of niggly issues, that could and should have been maintained better.

"A very pleasant stay."

8.0

Location was good near to supermarket and bus stops if required. Walk in to Padstow approximately 15mins. The house was clean and has a dishwasher washing machine cooker, fridge freezer etc.

It is dated and the place needs decorating, furniture replaced. The bed was not comfortable. Plates and dishes was limited.
