The decor of the room was cute

Did not like the location, an ugly street, noisy at night, there were dogs barking all night, and the property neighbor was making noise until late at night, in fact I had to call the reception to let them know,

The staff at the hotel is simply amazing!!! They are so helpful and accommodating and we couldn't have had a better experience in Atlixco. They're available by WhatsApp messaging anytime of the day. They have a locked parking area if you arrive with a car. They keep the premise safe by making sure they know who is coming and going. They also called a taxi to retrieve me from a nearby restaurant because my phone wouldn't connect. I am so thankful I found Casa Flora. Our room was also clean, smelled good, and perfect for a weekend trip. We had a view of the mountain and I loved waking up to see it. The restaurant on the roof offers stunning views of Atlixco. I recommend Casa Flora to anyone and everyone.

The room can be a little hot at times but never enough to be bothersome or to stop me from enjoying my experience.

Very cute hotel. Our room had a city view with rooster under the window (this was probably the only annoying thing😂). Although room is small it was cozy. Tasty breakfast is served on the top of the roof with amazing view on volcano, mountain and the town.
