Cozy apartment in Ružinov

Aprartment was really smelly. Without the AC,is almost impossible to sleep there during the summer. Sofa is too hard , wasnt comfortable to sleep there at all. Before the arrival its neccessary to pay 100€ deposit. Looks much better on the photos than in reality.

The apartment was big enough for a comfortable stay. The bed nook was very cosy and there was plenty of storage space. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and it was easy to get inside.

The cleanliness was not satisfactory, the toilet bowl was dirty from outside, the floor was not clean enough, there was a strong humid smell in the bathroom. The washing machine did not work. The kitchen utensils were not perfectly clean either.

The smell in the apartment was terrible... Due to the horrible smell from the toilet and the cigarette smell of the main room, I had no other way but to inform the owner of the property that I would be leaving 2 nights before my check-out day. I am still waiting for the refund that I requested for early check-out due to terrible conditions. The smell in the apartment was so strong that I had trouble sleeping. I spent a minimum amount of time in the apartment. First night because I arrived very late and was forced to, and the other night because I was arranging a new alternative stay in Bratislava.

The main room was quite ok.

1. There is NO BALCONY 2. Bathroom is terrible, ventilation is covered so smell from sewage system is terrible. 3. Shower courtain was dirty and fungous. 4. Kitchen is useless, No place at all. 5. It was dirty, a lot of blond hair everywhere. Terrible place, especially for this money

Very hard sofa, small toilet and kitchen.

I want to praise Erik, the responsible worker , for his speedy replies, help and overall assistance. He was truly the highlight of the stay. The location of the apartment is very convenient. The price is reasonable for the city.

The apartment owners ask you for a further 150 euro deposit AFTER the free cancelation period ends. this is borderline unethical practice that I've never experienced before and it soured our stay. The room is not as nice as the pictures, it's extremely hot inside and the bathroom is stinky and small, to the point you have to use it with doors open. Also the apartent is listed for half the price it actually costs once you add in other costs, showing further speculation and shady practices from the owners. If it wasn't for the manager Erik, I would've consider canceling and fighting for a refund.

Whole house was stinking and bathroom was really pathetic.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bratislava. The apartment was only 8 minutes away from the center by bus. The owner was always available and very kind. we can't wait to come back again
