The room is modern, clean, and brand new. Communication with the host was great and you should just search Ride More Activity Center on Google Maps instead of relying on Booking's address, which sends you to the nearby Nest Center.

We couldn't make the TV function as intended.

The place ia new and the room was clean

This is not a hotel. There are rooms where you can sleep ok in an activity center. The car gate at the property closes at 10pm. There is no staff overnight. You need to call the number from your booking and hope they will be able to open it remotely. There is a gym right beneath the rooms, which opens very early so there is some noise from there.
