Red Sun Village

Free shuttle to the beach with the use of the sun loungers included in the stay, entertainers were great fun and friendly, food was good. Initially got the wrong room but the manager quickly sorted this for us - very friendly and helpful reception staff, manager was brilliant.

As with a lot of places in Sardinia you need a car to explore and get to nearby towns.

We booked family room with beds for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). We received room with 3 beds. We told in reception straight away but they said they will add bed the next day and first night we need to sleep with one of our kids. Second day they didn’t bring the bed. After our complaining to manager at 10pm they gave us different room. We had to pack and move. The room we received was much smaller and for people with disabilities. Means the toilet was very high and my kids 4 years old could not use it without our help. We asked to get money back as room was smaller what we booked but we were ignored and no money was returned. It’s a shame you booking holidays to rest and enjoy time off but instead you getting treated so horribly. It’s a nice hotel but because of the customer service I would never come back and recommend to anyone.

Eigentlich nicht viel! Von 5 Pools konnten nur 3 genutzt werden ( diese waren dennoch sauber) Der private Strand war das einigst gute in der überteuerten Anlage.

Die Zimmer waren Katastrophal. Aus den Fensterscheiben konnte man so gut wie nicht rausschauen, da diese total dreckverschmiert waren. Überall im Zimmer Spinnweben und Ungeziefer. Mülleimer im Bad nicht geleert( benutztes OB von den Vorgänger im Eimer, einfach widerlich.) Der Boden wurde nicht gesäubert. Kein Toilettenpapier, musste man selbst organisieren. Bei 4 Personen eine halbe Rolle . Auf dem Balkon lagen noch Zigarettenkippen rum. Beim Essensbuffet kriegsähnlichen Zustände! Die Anlage ist total runtergekommen.

Le café du bar est meilleur et payant tandis que le café compris dans la formule est médiocre. L’hôtel devrait disposer d’une navette pour permettre aux voyageurs de découvrir les alentours car les taxis sont ultra onéreux.

Un villaggio molto carino,immerso nel verde...diverse piscine tra le quali scegliere, bella animazione ma anche relax. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

En général c’était bien, nous avons passés 2 jours. L’animation n’est pas top pour un hôtel club. Le buffet il y a de quoi faire mais bon c’est pas extra surtout le petit dej. Si vous êtes que de passage c’est bien mais si c’est pour une semaine c’est plus compliqué à mon goût

Les repas n’étaient pas en quantité suffisantes et pas très bon . Cela a été un véritable problème durant le séjour
