Bucharest Old Town Escape

The only positive aspect was the very central location.

There were cockroaches everywhere — in the room, kitchen, and bathroom. They were roaming around the building in swarms. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was also an issue; the washing machine looked quite dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable — it was squeaky, and the sheets kept slipping off. There was no hand soap, and the kitchen sponge was not new.

Host availability, location, easy access

There was a bad smell in the apartment, most probabbly due to the old building. Also noise isolation was bad.

It’s a little bit noisy because of the boulevard, but it didn’t bother me

It's a nice and cosy apartment. Also very warm. We stayed in December so that was lovely, the city is beautiful. We had everything we needed in the flat. The location is amazing. You get out just in the middle of the old town, so we wouldn't ask for more. The host was also very nice and responsive. I would highly recommend it.
