"Terrible service by owner"

I like the location very strategic and convenient for all travel spot

The service of the unit owner is really terrible, always didn't reply message and only provides one toilet paper and one towel for me. I booking is 4 person unit.... After I informed him to add on the towel and toilet paper, he didn't reply at all.... 3pm check-in, he send me the check-in details at 3.20pm and need me call to request check-in details. The service very bad!!!

Convenient for movement

Staff not friendly and late check-in because of not done housekeeping on time.. Need to wait 2 hours before can check-in. Heater 2nd room not working.
