Saját parkoló, hangulatos tetőterasz, a belváros és autópálya autóval gyorsan elérhető.

Lift csak a 2. emeletig van, az apartman viszont a 3. emeleten helyezkedik el. Légkondi nem működött 2 hálószobában sem, nagyon meleg volt, rosszul aludtunk emiatt.
