OMG. This place is perfect. The garden is lovely, and I can live in the patio. Breakfast is the best in Italy.

I am a small woman and had no problem navigating the small bathroom, but for someone tall, it might be a bit of a problem.

Better than any hotel stay. Couldn’t have been more perfect . 12/10 Superbly clean room and most comfortable mattress. Spacious with good storage space. Small table and chairs. Very pleasant courtyard space with table and chairs, covered in case of rain. Host was amazing and a great chef. Healthiest delicious breakfast we’ve had during our month walking the Via Francigena. Location set back from road right on VF. We had a great peaceful night sleep.
