I like the hospitality of staff and the guidance about attractions around. Chalet was clean and location is amazing, food was delicious.

No proper road

The surrounding nature was absolutely breathtaking – a perfect place to relax and disconnect. We really enjoyed the delicious dinner, the breakfast was also quite nice, and the quad bike ride added an exciting touch to the stay.

Nothing major – everything met or exceeded our expectations.

My wife and I had an amazing experience here. The location, facilities, and hospitality were more than anyone can ask for. I wish I could've spent longer here, and we especially loved spending time with their dog, Akzholtai.

I had one of my coldest showers since the hot water ran out quickly and took a long time to get hot again. The lock to the door wasn't working, but it didn't matter since we felt we were in a very safe space.

Location was good, it was near a stream and lot of trees. Back had a hill. Location was good. Has inside bathroom and hot water. Electric heater to heat anything.

The room had dust settled in, which caused dust allergy.. had to use ac to clean air inside. No mineral water, but had tap water. For the price charged no extra facilities. We are veg and there was nothing for us. We requested if we have bread, butter, vegetables. It was charged to us.

It was a very good experience to stay in the lap of nature, friendly hospitality, delicious breakfast, and calm and quiet surroundings attracted us while staying with my family . Najeeb, India
