The location did not have Wi-Fi and the air conditioner did function. When Samuel was notified he made no effort to fix or explain how to get the air conditioner to function. And opening the windows let in all of the noise from the main piazza.

The location is superb and really like the view

the location is superb, literally a stone's throw from Palladio's Basilica with an incredible view. The facilities are more than adequate - cooking, fridge and even a washing machine. The location is also central to all the cultural sights, churches and restaurants. It would have been a 10, but the communication and Wi-Fi problems need work.

Communication with the owner needs work. After receiving a question about our arrival time, we tried and tried to get some confirmation that they had received our reply through booking.com. For three days, our calls, text and e-mails went unanswered. We were scheduled to arrive on a Sunday and still had not heard back from them at 11 PM Saturday night. We were forced to call the booking.com help desk to try and get some sort of resolution as to whether or not someone would meet us with the keys. We went to sleep not having an adequate solution. Finally, when we woke up on Sunday, there was a text from the representative that had been sent past midnight on Sunday morning. Once we arrived, everything went well, but we didn't need the consternation leading up to our arrival. The other problem is no wi-fi. They owner's representative said they were working on getting hooked up when I visited the facility in January but is now April 2023. Know before you go.

View from the room. It could be a bit noisy around the weekend. Nightlife is pretty vibrant.
