1. The location in the mountains. 2. They brought us some bowls for the pets, and a shampoo to wash their paws.

1. The location is pet friendly, but unfortunately they don’t have any facilities for the pets. They also don’t allow you to bring the dog with you at the restaurant. The staff made us use the back door because we had pets with us. I want to specify that the pets are apartment raised and very friendly, however they didn’t like them, and also us. 2. They have a separate room where you can eat, and the pets are allowed. However, is like a storage room. 3. When they entered to clean the room, they stayed about 5 minutes, but not to clean, only to check if the room is ok. They only brought us some new clean towels. 4. The room and the balcony was very dusty. 5. They only have one appliances in the room. The fridge was there but without any power, so it was useless. 6. There was a very loudly group, most likely friends of the staff. This was not a problem, but they have from 10 pm quiet time, and they argued with some previous customers and told them that they didn’t respect it. However, they and that group had a party and yelled until midnight. 7. They don’t deserve the title of 3 stars Hotel.
