I had an amazing time at this Batumi villa! The location is perfect—private and fenced area near the river, yet close to the city. The riverside retreat was so peaceful. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped for events. It was the ideal spot for our gathering, and we had everything we needed. Host was very friendly and helpful. He brought everything we needed additionally. We had a bonfire, BBQ and House is prety warm and cozy. There was speakers and Disco lights as well. We had party almot till early morning and because of the reason that house is in middle of nature no one was complayned about it.

House frontside is yet not fully renovated but its nothing compared to great things they have.
