The place was convenient, and the room specious and clean

The backup generator couldn't be fixed and we're moved to another lodge. The service was not so good

Die bed is nie die gemaklikste nie, dis dalk tyd om dit te vervang. Die badkamer het ook 'n ordentlike opknap nodig

Nothing, worse service ever.

Uncomfortable beds, TV remote not working had to manually select channels, complained about a noise from other guests at 3am in the morning swimming and playing music loud while other guests were sleeping.. One of the worst guest house I have ever visited, management had no care at all to even make contact with me.

The family room is very dark and the second room at the top with wooden floors is not good. Every step is heard.

I was told that I used the wrong gate and I must drive out and use the correct one. Once I'm there they took long to open. The room was very small. The pool was dirty. The rooms don't have sound proof. I ordered brown bread instead they brought white and I waited long time for the bread to arrive l ended leaving because I was going to be late for meeting

The swimming pool and braai area was a plus.

The electricity went of because of an electric storm. No back up power in place.

Breakfast was ok.

Ventilation in the room is poor No soap provided Lots of mosquito and no repellent or mosquito net The stairs are wablelling The gate is wablelling Did not feel safe at all
