The Penthouse At Quayside

Beautiful apartment, location was perfect. Welcome hamper very well appreciated.

We had to be up and organised as the check out was 10am but that seems to be the way nowadays so not just for this apartment

Loved the gift basket of treats on arrival! Also appreciated the supplies provided and instructions

Washing up in a hurry before trying to catch our flight out and no Keurig/coffee pot.

I didnt like that someone had parked in our allocated parking bay and we had to put our car in a public parking area and pay the fee when it should have been easy and stress free. It was not.

We cannot fault this property. It was perfectly located, very VERY suitable for disabled access and frankly immaculate. Great views, in the centre of the city, great parking. GREAT GREAT GREAT.

The views from the apartment are stunning. It was a hot week so the fans in each room were very much appreciated. I have mobility issues so the lift up to the penthouse was also appreciated. The decor is unusual and sophisticated while giving a nod to the past with the beautiful old beams in the ceiling. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas and there is a table for four with stylish comfortable chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked and featured all the necessary appliances to use during our stay. Our boys discovered the games cupboard which led to an impromptu family games night (and kept them off their phones/ipads for the evening)! It was a short walk across the nearest bridge to get to the centre of town or other places of interest. Finally the welcome bag with quality goodies from Yorkshire was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our stay and only wished it could have been longer.

Due to the hot weather we had our windows open at night and the revellers at the weekend could get a bit noisy.
