3 Bed Piccadilly Duplex City Centre

Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and bang in the middle of town. WiFi was great too ☺️ great that two rooms also has an on suite bathroom. Very convenient. The double safety door system downstairs was also very reassuring.

Really comfortable and stylish apartment in a gorgeous, historic building. Had everything we needed. Great location near to train station and Northern Quarter. Lovely space for relaxing in. Would like to have stayed longer! Good communication and info sent before our stay.

Nothing, though it took us a while to figure out how to put the blinds down! (remote controlled)

Busy central location but the building was very peaceful. Very clean and a lovely space to spend time in.

It would have been nice if there were more coffee pod choices.

Great apartment in every respect. Spacious for a group of six guests. Location was situated in a central location, just up from Piccadilly station. Decor was as pictured and very clean with plenty of towels left out. Tea and coffee left out. The best apartment I’ve stayed in Manchester City centre.

The location was absolutely perfect - I think it would be very difficult to find a better location in Manchester! It's a very short walk from Piccadilly station, surrounded by every type of shop, and close to tram stops and bus stops. The building is gorgeous and the flat itself has an unusual layout that's great for a short stay. There's one 'normal' bedroom and two mezzanine rooms, one above the kitchen and one above the lounge. It's spacious and comfortable, with lots of great places to sit and enjoy the view across the city centre. Communication from the hosts was quick, friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped, there was a washing machine with a dryer, and the beds were very comfortable.

Creaky floorboards, but we got used to it. We stayed for a few warm days in spring and the room above the lounge felt very hot. As the windows don't open, maybe a fan could be provided?

I liked the location and the seating areas.

Could do with more than one set of keys. The bedroom in the kitchen area isn’t very private. The bed is placed directly at the top of the stairs where all can see. Maybe a curtain or something to pull across might work.

Easy location and good instruction to show us where we had to look in order to find them.

Everything went smooth but a extra key would be helpful as a few of us were staying
