Cleanliness of the place a nice relaxing time how spacious the room was. The staff was flexible i had to cancel 1 day off due to an emergency and they refunded me the day.

I have no complaints I thought everything was comfortable. I think the renovations look very nice and very homey.

This property is very clean and maintain very well with easy access to parking quiet at night. Great place to get some rest close to the town of Coshocton. I highly recommend it.

We couldn’t see the fireworks at the fairgrounds because the trees were in the way

I did not eat breakfast at the motel. I loved the super convenient parking. The room was nicely decorated and immaculate with adequate lighting. A very friendly and welcoming place.

There is so much good to say that it would take to long to read, so I will condense it for you. The hotel is very, very clean and updated. Attention to detail is what makes Roscoe hotel unique. Real coffee cups, snacks and 4 pillows. This is a 5 star hotel.

I didn't like the fact that we had to leave so soon.
