"Good value B&B"

Lovely little B&B in great location for walking into Torquay. Room spotlessly clean with good facilities hairdryer, ceiling fan, usb ports. Bathroom same. Breakfast was excellent just the right amount of choices with continental options as well as cooked options. Overall would return again if traveling to the area.

Mattress a little firm, but that's a personal thing

Lovely fresh breakfast everything was lovely and the owners was happy and cheerful help us with a time table for the ferry we went to Brixham which I highly recommend to anyone we are going to book longer next time

Michelle was an amazing host very tentative couldn't do enough for us also got our room ready early for us on arrival brilliant host! Near to the beach and torquay Harbour perfect location. Rooms was spotless bed comfy bathroom spotless can't fault the place! Breakfast was lovely aswel don't want to go home

Property was spotless, Michelle was so helpful, the book in the room, goes into detail, restaurants, places to visit, buses, trains , down to final details . Breakfast was 10/10, we will definitely be staying again , best I’ve stayed in a long time 10/10

Very lovely property. Lots of parking and a lovely lounge to sit in if you wish. Such a warm welcome from Michelle and Jamie and nothing was too much trouble. A real home from home.
