Toen we aankwamen leek het alsof ze niet wist dat we kwamen, na een halfuur in de lobby te zitten mochten we eindelijk naar onze kamer.
DKThey did give me options on which room I wanted to stay in, since I booked the nice room because of the balcony, and they gave us a room with bathtub and not really a balcony. I got to choose a room with a better balcony but not a very nice bathroom.
I booked the most expensive room here on booking.com because it looked really nice and I was really excited. We showed up and they gave us a completely different room. I asked about it and they said that the previous guests had extended one more night, and therefore we couldn't stay in that room. They gave me a room that cost the same as the expensive room because I had gotten a discount from booking.com. But the different room would've been cheaper for me if I booked on booking.com. If you see someone has booked a room, why would you let the previous guests extend another night? And why not tell me immediately and give me my money back so I can find a different place to stay? I didn't really want to stay in the other rooms, but it seemed a little too last minute to find a new place and have to move all our things. Not happy with this.
GBGreat Location, Great building with enough rooms too .The staff were the best part about it for me. Agung was amazing aswell as the cleaning staff.

ESThe owner is really friendly and will treat you like his son or daughter :). The location and facilities are pretty good and youre right next to a very party venuee area of canguu if thats your style,we went there on a stop before continuing the next day to Tabanan so we had a good night sleep and proceed on the next day as canguu area is a little wild for day night life for our style.

DEdie eigentümerin war extrem zuvorkommend und sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns mehrmals sehr weitergeholfen. Die Lage ist perfekt: extrem zentral und dicht am strand. Sehr gutes Preis leistungsverhältnis Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, es gab eine getemeinschaftsküche inklusive großen kühlschrank was extrem praktisch war
das bad ist ziemlich einfach, aber trotzdem sauber und für den preis auf jeden fall okay
