Toilet was bad. They’re running on low cost so water for shower was very little. Can’t even wash my face in 1 minute. Need at least 2-3minutes. That’s how much water came out of the shower. Electricity keep cutting off in the day. One night I came back everything was off and had to call them which took them 30mins to fix it. One of the staff came, did something n left. Didn’t even come to the room to check anything. Overall very bad. Definitely can find a much better and cheaper guesthouse somewhere else.

The room I got was very “sterile” like just White so it felt a bit impersonal and it didn’t get cleaned for the three days I was there but I am not sure if that was included
AUThe location was great, the beds were comfy and the aircon worked great.
The shower was abit crazy, water went everywhere 😅 didn’t like that there wasn’t a spare key to keep the aircon going while we were out.

IDLocation near to beach, cafes and restaurant . Lucky got the room in ground floor with poolside view. Located in quite area so can sleep well - while the hustle bustle area just short walk may be 100m
No TV in the room. Other guest hotel in berawa/canggu with similar rate provide tv n much more services. Room did not cleaned nor made up the whole time we stay there 4D3N. Towels, sheets n pillow covers did not change as well. Trash did not pick up from trash bin in the bathroom until we check out. Lighting in the room very2 limited except open the curtain. Hanging rack in the bath room so high for Asian people. No coffee maker but there are small kitchen with water dispenser provided.
RURoom is nice in general
They asked me about the time I want to check in, but when I arrived, they told me that check in is only from 2 p.m. so I wasted 2 hours waiting. Why ask in the first place.
