Good location for bus to the city and major attractions. Well stocked supermarket a short walk across the street. Ease of access. Spacious room with good lighting. Excellent shower! Comfy bed.

No natural ventilation without compromising security - more significant as UK was having a heatwave. Had to open unscreened back door which had to be shut after insects flew in as evening came. Two small oscillating fans supplied which made the night bearable. Not one sharp knife in the otherwise nice kitchen. Same in the property shared kitchen.

Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Generally clean house.

Bed runner was disgusting! I hope the bed was properly cleaned. Clothes dryer didn't work during entire stay. Fan provided was faulty so replacement was quickly given but it threw alot of dust in the room as soon as turned on.

Its cheap. Check in and check out is easy.

It was difficult to find parking. There is only 1 chair. There is only one cup. There is only one spoon. The bed is really uncomfortable. The walls and floors are very thin and we were waken at 05:00 by our neighbors above walking around in their apartment. The induction hob tripped multiple times if both plates are in use. The curtains are super thin and don't keep the early morning sun out.

Check in was quick this time. Kitchen facilities were ok.

Everything seemed ok but in hottest weekend in May the fan was bust and we were in a south facing room. Worse I was told it would be sorted for our second night but nothing happened!! Also shower was clearly broken before arrival with no fix and it did not drain too well!!

We had the studio apartment, was absolutely gorgeous. Bed was comfortable, our little boy slept soundly in his bed. The bathroom was spacious, clean and fully equipped, in terms of towels, toilet roll and complimentary shower gels, soaps and creams. Staff are super friendly, phoned them to get into our apartment, very helpful and informative. Communal area for a kitchen, fridge and everything you need.

Only issue, said there was a TV, unfortunately there wasn't but luckily our little boy didn't need it he had his tablet.
