The self check-in process was quick and convenient. The toiletries were well equipped—I was pleasantly surprised that, in addition to body wash and shampoo, there was also body lotion, which I really appreciated. They also left us small packs of cotton buds, cotton pads, and mini soap bars, which was a nice extra touch. The room included not only a bed, table, and chairs, but also a small fridge, an oven, and a sink area for washing dishes, which made the stay more comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, the shower cabin was great, and towels were provided. There is also a taxi call button in the common area that works well, and the taxi prices were reasonable, which makes getting around easier when you’re in a hurry (for example, catching a bus to the airport). Overall, everything was decent and functional.

We didn’t have any major complaints. The bed was slightly shorter and the mattress a bit thinner than expected, but we still slept comfortably. The main issue was that the room was not soundproof. We could hear other guests, even during the designated quiet hours (10 pm – 7 am). At one point, we had to ask some guests to keep it down late at night as they were being quite loud in the common area. In the morning, we were also woken up by footsteps and noise from the guests above us, likely due to thinner flooring where every step could be heard. If you are a light sleeper, it’s definitely a good idea to bring earplugs.

Overall a good property with enough parking space

The room was very clean, of a good size, and the kitchenette very useful. There was a patio with outside table though it was too cold to sit out, but it would be great in warmer weather (esp if they cut the grass!) Bit of a walk from the station, but there's a bus-stop close by. Also, grocery store just across the road.

There was a cold snap and we couldn't get the heating on. The wall switch was on but it simply wouldn't come on, so I guess there must be a master switch somewhere. The guests in the room above kept not locking the front door or turning out the hall lights, so we had to keep doing it, but that's a minor irritation. Also the drop-off box for the keys are inside, so we couldn't lock the front door when we left.

Room was great, bathroom good size and clean, lots of plugs sockets. Thought there was a kettle in room but kitchen was good to use and had everything you need.

Curtains need fixing and 1 of the windows was stiff to open and couldn't close it

The room was at the top of the house. Pre-warning would be good especially if you have mobility issues. The double bed was futon and extremely low to the floor. P re warning would be good. No TV needs to be very clear.
