Cambridge Studios and Suites by Tas Accommodations

It is an easy place to stay in with the telephone for key system, easy key drop off etc. The studio apartment was really practical, everything I needed for a short stay and it was warm and cosy.

Although the bed linen itself was very clean, the blanket on the bed needed a wash. Perhaps the bed could be swapped so that you don’t feel the springs so much? Other than that it was good.

L'emplacement est agréable si l'on a un studio qui donne sur le jardin.

Les pieds des 2 chaises du studio étaient abîmées (vis manquantes, bois cassé, risque de chute), réparées apparemment par le personnel d'entretien. Nous disposions d'une kitchenette. Le réfrigérateur n'était pas très propre globalement avec en plus un papier collé dans le freezer. Il y avait un reste d'aliment collé sur l'étagère d'un meuble de cuisine. Malgré l'indication "ustensiles de cuisine", il n'y avait qu'une seule petite poêle dans les placards, PAS UNE SEULE CASSEROLE ! Nous avons vu "passer " 2 casseroles dans la cuisine commune utilisées par d'autres locataires (sales dans l'évier ou dans le lave-vaisselle). Nous ne pouvions donc même pas cuire un oeuf mollet ou des pâtes. Chaque studio devrait donc au moins comporter 2 CASSEROLES !!!

It was clean, self contained and had everything I needed. It was nice to be able to my own food so Coop immediately opposite was useful too. It was walking distance from city (though 35 min walk for me)

First time I stayed in a place like this so strange that no one was there but once in I didn’t actually need anyone and I struggled a little with the phoning ( stupidly rang the full number on the wall and didn’t remove the international code) and key store in the dark.

The studio was fine and was just what we needed.

The double bed was extremely incomfortable. We stayed 2 nights but didn't sleep much. I ended up with a bad back. Please buy a new bed! It reached the end of its life a long time ago.

I'd prefer to receive the key code via email or sms, not to have to call and inquire.

Cleanliness

Pillows were hard. Check in wasn't smooth. Had to call the customer care to take the pin to check in. Rather you should have provided the pin beforehand on message for smoother check in.
