I believe it’s the best spot in the center of the town. Everything is exactly at your feet. Zara Stradivarius Berska coffee shops old town and restaurants next to you. About the contact with golden city is excellent. The rooms are brand new very clean and very beautiful. Thank you very much for the lovely stay

Location was very central, but that was also a problem because the room was very noisy.

There was no one to speak with in the building. Communication with the owner was very challenging. He never introduced himself or communicated the essential information with me. We didn’t know where to pick up the key to the room, because he didn’t tell. A sales representative from a store in the building brought us the key after 30 minutes of search to talk to someone responsible. Again, we didn’t know where to return the key on Sunday when even the salesperson downstairs was not around and the property owner was not responding my messages. Our room was not cleaned even once during our 3 nights stay. There was no room cleaning service. The room was extremely noisy because it was right on the very busy street. We couldn’t enjoy neither the balcony nor the room. The shower didn’t have a proper door/separator so there was no privacy in the shower and water would splash everywhere.
