Очень удобное расположение. Площадь Регистан - 5-7 минут пешком. Окна номеров выходят во внутренний двор, поэтому городской шум не беспокоит. В номерах чисто, есть все необходимое. Завтрак разнообразный, очень вкусный. Твердые 4 звезды с плюсом))

На мой взгляд, цена немного завышена.

Great location, beautiful building and rooms, very friendly and helpful staff

Sauna was closed on our first day (without warning) and we were told we could go on day 2. However on day 2, we were told it was fully booked for all afternoon / evening despite having never been told we needed to book in the first place.

Un très bel hôtel parfaitement situé entre la mosquée et la place Registan, personnel très gentil et attentif maîtrisant assez bien l'anglais, des petits déjeuners généreux et délicieux, une terrasse très agréable sur le toit.

An absolute gem in Samarkand—one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! When my son suggested a trip to Uzbekistan, I was a little skeptical at first since it’s a bit different from a "traditional vacation." Now, I am so incredibly happy I agreed to go! All aspects of this trip were excellent—the people, the food, and the safety. Kosh Havuz easily ranks as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, within walking distance to practically everything, while still offering total peace of mind regarding safety. The hotel itself is superbly decorated and impeccably managed. The food was fantastic, from the delicious included breakfast to the wonderful evening dining on the rooftop. But at the end of the day, what stands out the most is the staff. The people here are extremely polite, courteous, and genuinely kind. If you are visiting Samarkand, Uzbekistan, do not hesitate to stay here!

Good location where is close to the Registan Square and other spots.Also the room is clean with the good smell and the bed is comfortable.Especially the garden is quite beautiful and chill.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great roof terrace space.Breakfast is excellent with lots of choices. The location is also amazing, being a short walk from the main sights in Samarkand and some restaurants. Staff are attentive and even kind enough to make me a packed breakfast for my early flight! The terrace has a good range of Uzbek produced wines and beers, which is a nice touch and not commonly offered in other spots.

The waterfall shower in my room lacked some pressure which meant it wasn't as nice as it could have been. There were also what looked like cigarette burns on the carpet. Not massive issues but it felt that it fell a bit below the standard of the overall hotel vibe. It would have been nice to have more water refill options to reduce use of plastic bottles- for example in Hotel Bankir, Khiva, guests are encouraged to use a glass carafe and use water refill points in the corridor for water. While the terrace space is lovely, the food and drink menu is somewhat limited and basic, for example the teas available were a little disappointing. Would love to see something like Boulevard restaurant style food and drink available.

Очень красивый отель, всё такое стильное! Удобное расположение, 10 минут до площади Регистан. Отличные вкусные завтраки и в ресторане на террасе очень вкусно.

Не хватало шторки или дверцы в ванной, чтобы вода на попадала на пол. Но, не во всех номерах так, возможно нам просто не повезло, уточняйте этот момент

Tastefully decorated hotel, comfy room and bed, great location and stunning view from the rooftop bar. Most importantly, wonderfullly helpful staff who helped me with all queries during my stay and kindly packed breakfast to go when I got up at 3am to catch my fligh. Highly recommend!
