Stunning Central Penzance apartment with sea views

Perfect location

Good central Penzance location and view of St Michael’s Mount. The mattress is very comfortable. Decent sized TV. Good kitchen for self-catering

All of the Living room furniture is a bit ropey. The sofa is not comfortable and the cushions could do with replacing. The stairway up to the flat is very musty smelling (inside the flat is fine).

No shelf near bed to put a drink No space on kitchen worktop for kettle & toaster.

The property is on an attractive street with cute independent shops. The town centre location was good, near the shops, and within easy reach of the sea, railway and buses. We arrived on a cold, rainy day and the heating warmed the apartment up for us. It was nice and clean.

The photos explaining how to enter the property didn't open on the app, but the host answered the phone instantly and we opened the door within a few minutes. The bedroom could do with reading lights by the bed.

Very comfortable, extra large bed. Very stable base and comfy mattress. It's a pretty tight fit in the small bedroom, but right choice to go for larger bed. Very helpful, responsive owners. There are really powerful radiators, which made the space very cozy, quickly (needed on a cold night in early April) Can heat living room but keep bedroom cool.

You need to be organised with the (slightly complicated) door instructions and Wifi code, but they work absolutely perfectly - you have everything - so have faith!

Centre of town location, 5mins to the promenade and Morrab Gardens. Easy to access. Very clean. Bed was comfy, good shower. Dog friendly.

Bedroom could do with more storage; shelf or small chest of drawers to put clothes in. I appreciate its a tight space but perhaps a smaller hanging rail would give space.

The location was wonderful.

The apartment was completely covered in dog hair. And I found out afterwards that the owners were aware of this.
