Easy Living in Gatlinburg

Cabin was clean and comfy and very conveniently located to Gatlinburg.

Wasn't familiar with the operation of the Nest thermostat. Temperature raised during the night and when we were away during the day. Should have contacted the host to adjust. But wasn't really a big problem.

We had a situation when got there but the host immediately resolved it.

Slite odor in bedroom

It’s cute! Nicely decorated. Loved 2 bathrooms. Nice king-sized beds in each bedroom. Felt like they had nice topper on bed. Nice to be close to Pancake House.Could park up to the steps and for someone with a cane that is nice. Love the code for entry. Like there was a camera at the door.

Mattress needs to be flipped as it tilts down at the head in the bedroom by the washer and dryer. The grass needed mowing and there were weeds under the picnic table . Husband says front door need some WD40. Not in the heart of Gatlinburg.

Location was too far from shopping pigeon forge. Otherwise all was good

Convenient, cute little place

It was dirty. The bedspread in the bedroom to the left was dirty and dingy. Had to wash dishes to eat off of for dinner. When I went to cook breakfast, the cooking utensils in the drawer were greasy. Seriously, blobs of grease. Also had to wash the skillet. It was gross. There was no coffee, no shampoo, None of the normal amenities you would expect for a vacation rental. Son-in-law had to make a trip to the store to buy coffee pods in the morning. The owner harassed me from two minutes after arrival until after check out. And this was simply because the booking.com app couldn’t get it together and charge the pet fee during the payment process. Yes, we checked out 30 minutes late because the owner kept hassling me to pay her outside of the Booking.com app Not to mention having to wash dishes before we could use them or cook. It really felt like this was intentional to get a late fee out of me. I was really disappointed because she was so nice before our arrival, but from arrival to departure was terrible. There are so many places to stay in and around the Gatlinburg area, I would skip this one.

This is an AMAZING value for money two bedroom cabin in Gatlinburg, conveniently located, stocked with ALL the amenities (including dish washing soap, dish washer and clothes washer pods, paper towels, coffee pods!), furnishings very "mountain-esque" with an adorable cabin feel, and exceptional communication with the host. Better than the pictures. Plenty of space for a family and very close to Mainstay suites if you happen to have a sporting team staying there. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

I liked everything about this place..there is literally nothing to not like!

It gave us that "at home" feeling.
