Très bon accueil avec une famille très gentille. Petit déjeuner copieux servi dans l appartement. Très belle vue, nous avons eu la chance d avoir du soleil et le cadre est magnifique avec les champs de thé à perte de vue.

Un peu éloigné du centre ville. Il faut compter 10 min pour arriver au lac et 25 minutes pour le centre ville à pied.

The room facilities, bed and bathroom was clean and neat. Resort location was awesome and the simple breakfast which they provided was very tasty. The view from the hotel was very nice.

But they charge a very high exchange rate. The difference in price was very high on what is displayed in the Booking.com confirmation page and the price they charge. Better to pay when you book it in our own currency than paying at the hotel.

The view is amazing, peaceful location and the staff are always available to help if need be. The hotel is about a 15 minutes walk to town and 5 minutes from Gregory lake, we particularly enjoyed the quiet location. The breakfast was good and delivered to the room each morning, eggs, omelette, bread, fruit and tea. We had an apartment with 2 rooms, perfect for our family of 4 and plenty of space.

The property was a little damp, but this is due to the climate in Nywaraeliya, there was a heater in the room which we used and this helped, but take warm clothing; we visited at the beginning of August and needed jumpers, coats and trousers, it was cold and wet.

-L’emplacement : en dehors de la ville mais à proximité, avec une vue magnifique sur les plantations de thé … quand la pluie et la brume le permettent -La literie -Le personnel

-La fraîcheur / l’humidité : la région est pluvieuse et humide, il serait nécessaire d’avoir des chauffages fixes plutôt que des chauffages d’appoint -Les équipements : l’appartement, bien que spacieux et disposant de 2 chambres, n’est pas bien équipé. Pas de couverts, de sèche-cheveux, de décoration, de chauffage, etc. -Le rapport qualité / prix : peut être est-ce la région qui veut ça mais quand on voit les prix de certains hôtels splendides autre part, ce lieu est bien trop cher par rapport aux prestations délivrées

Ruim appartement met mooi uitzicht over de theeplantages. Goed ontbijt wat in je appartement wordt geserveerd.

De straal van de douche was minimaal.

The location of this property is fantastic. Maybe it was the time of year but our stay was brief and we are glad of that

Damp! Wind noise! Cold! Simple as that - we left there poorly as the wind came through the poorly fitted windows. There were towels on the floor by the windows, for one reason, water and damp was coming in. We got zero sleep and we were glad to only be there for one night
