Tutto semplicemente fantastico

L’appartamento è nuovo, pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. Ho molto apprezzato il fatto che sia completamente indipendente, con la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente su strada davanti al proprio appartamento. Nell’appartamento è presente una lavatrice che lo rende perfetto per i lunghi soggiorni e un bellissimo terrazzo attrezzato dove poter consumare pranzi e cene o semplicemente per leggere un libro sotto l’albero di mandarini. Gode di un ottima posizione perfetta sia per fare un’escursione sull’Etna che per andare a fare una passeggiata al mare. I proprietari sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili.

Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito e accogliente. Arredamento curato e nulla lasciato al caso. In casa c’è tutto quello che può servire per soggiorni anche più lunghi. Accoglienza della proprietaria fantastica.. gentilissima e disponibile.

La casa es muy bonita, amplia y cómoda. La zona es muy tranquila. Cama muy cómoda. La ubicación es bastante buena. La atención de la anfitriona es excelente, nos dejó muchas cosas para desayuno, y la nevera prácticamente llena (leche, agua, zumo, fruta, yogures...)

El menaje de cocina es escaso, si quieres cocinar algo.

Endless cakes for breakfast (suggestion for the host : to switch from industrial to home /local made), fully equipped kitchen, laundry including soap and washing machine

Coffee pads , we would prefer a more ecofriendly sustainable coffee machine Missing cleaning but it might not be included in a casa vacanze

We stayed for 6 days - the outside courtyard area and the king-size bed was great; so too the water pressure. Walking distance to a supermarket and deli-shop. A quiet neighborhood. The host was always very responsive and friendly.

The advertising is misleading as there are two units to rent, and the pictures are mixed together. We got the unit with the bedroom upstairs - loft - and bathroom downstairs. When you are taller than 1.8 meters then this unit is not for you as you have to negotiate the bedroom space and be careful not to bang your head against the ceiling or light-fittings. The shower is extremely uncomfortable as it is fitted under the staircase and you can hardly move and have to be careful not to bang your head. Breakfast for 6 days was layed out on arrival - it looked beautiful with long-life biscuits and cakes that can stay fresh for weeks. Sadly we were more health-concious visitors :(

The decoration of the appartment and the utilities for day-to-day living. The host welcomed us with different cakes and sweet food for the days of the stay. A great detail that you don't see in other accommodations. Parking at the door. The stay is 30' from the base of Etna and Catania. Viagradande is a quiet village to use it as a resting point and to visit other places in eastern Sicily. I would definitely recommend it

Some dogs in the vicinity bark a lot. This can be annoying if you go to sleep before the dogs are asleep. It is not the fault of the owners of the flat, it is the fault of those people who have dogs and don't care if they bother you.
