Casa Peonia by MONHOLIDAY

All the facilities worked well, including the shower, air conditioning and washing machine. It was a lovely spacious space in walking distance from the town centre (25 minutes) and beaches (20 minutes). The MONHOLIDAY team were on hand to help, and we would recommend this accommodation to others wishing to explore the area.

It’s a little out of town, but still very manageable.

a walk away from the old town where most of the stuff is - we saw a cockroach in our room and the staff couldn’t of cared less really which was rather upsetting

It was very clean ,near the train station and 15 minutes from centro storico.the best room !

Very clean, newly decorated apartment, comfortable beds and lots of on street parking nearby. Close to the train and about 15 minutes walking to the Centro Storico. We had a great stay and it was an excellent base for Monopoli and the rest of Puglia.

The apartment was spacious with facilities to cook including a washing machine. Modern and clean. Comfortable bed.

Intermittent hot water No kettle No toaster Could do with some basic cooking items Internal disposal of rubbish rules are complex and the threat of a 100 euro for leaving rubbish on departure (if paying for accomodation the responsibility for management of waste should lie with management and not the guest) Also , I have never been asked to sign a contract in any of my bookings to date (and I’ve had many)and I would be hesitant to enter into such an agreement again.
