NLProperty is within walking distance to the center, a little bit uphill on the way there, but for a fit person should not be a problem). The room had a fridge and a TV, all worked properly. Host is available and helpful when needed: I asked for an electric kettle and he arranged one the next day! To cut the long story short, a nice place to stay, away from the bustling city center and not far from an amazing park for evening walks and a picnic. Will definitely book again when next time in Cluj.
Some cups would be great. A remote control lacked one battery, not a big tragedy, but still)
