The location is excellent. Close to shops, restaurants, the city center, in front of the beach, etc. The staff is very nice and ready to help.

The apartment is quite old and deserves a renovation. Appliances and furniture are quite old as well. If you intend to sleep (at night) and relax forget it. Bars are open until very late. Constant music/party noise until 2-3 am every day (weekdays and weekends) and after that, the post-party drunk fellows come to scream and smoke all sorts of things in front of your balcony, every day. If you are OK with that, then no stress! Beware of unexpected fees that can only be paid by cash(?)... (expensive late check-in of 70 euros, extra tourist tax). I requested a front apartment for which I also had to pay additional fees (I was aware of that in this case).

Location was fantastic, friendly staff, very clean

Lovely stay couldn't ask for better 3 minutes to strip right on beach hotel was lovely and booking a transfer to faro airport wasnt a problem for them

Noise at night; great location but be aware still lots of noise at 3/4am No double glazing/insulation for balcony doors
