Очень плохо пахло в квартире, как плесень. Ванной было действительно будто все вымыто, но запах плесени и липкость от моющего присутствовала. Была только ХОЛОДНАЯ вода. Писала владельцу - говорили подождать, но все равно постоянно была холодная вода, мыться было не комфортно.

Comfortable apartment and very close to all attractions! The facilities were excellent, we always had hot water to take a shower and everything was as we had seen from the description of the accommodation and the photos! Thank you very much and we will see you again!

We had an absolutely terrible experience at this property. Upon check-in, we were immediately hit by a strong pipe odor that was overwhelming. We hoped it would improve, but we woke up the next morning with red eyes and sore throats due to the toxic smell. It was unbearable, and we reported it to both the host and Booking right away. Instead of addressing the issue, the host falsely marked our stay as a 'no-show,' clearly to prevent us from leaving an honest review and for them to get new bookings for the same dates. This is outright deceptive. We were advised by Booking to leave the property and book elsewhere, with the promise of a full refund. The odor alone was enough to damage our health and force us out, but there were also serious cleanliness issues: hair and dust around the space, and stained towels that were far from hygienic. The space itself is squeezed and located on the 5th floor, accessible by a very old, unsafe, and scary elevator. The common areas are filthy, falling apart, and feel unsafe. We were forced to book a new hotel at our own expense, paying much more for safer, healthier conditions. It’s also falsely advertised as having a “city view”—the only view was a wall covered in pigeon excrement. This property is not only uncomfortable but poses a serious health risk, is unclean, and feels unsafe. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this place.

The apartment itself is fantastic! The locks are a bit tricky, you'll have to lift the middle door up to get inside, which I was stuck at for quite some time. Inside, everything is great and wonderfully designed. The fridge is quite small so don't get too many things though. Also, could not find cutlery, but plates etc are there. Overall, great place for a short stay, and I'd come again.
