"Including breakfast!"

There is a big garden to relax in, and a restaurant as well. Breakfast is included!

The room is very standard, not cosy. It is a big hotel so quite some people are there.

We were told breakfast went till 930. Got there at 9. Virtually nothing left on the buffet.

Booking.com rate was WAY more expensive than posted rate at hotel for weekend special in front lobby when we arrived; some front desk staff not very friendly but restaurant staff were; we had one towel on the room for a booking for 3 people and no hand towels when asked for more 2 of the towels had rips and frayed edges and looked like clean rags; toilet was noisy and had hot water going into it.

"The good and the bad of BMI"

The cleanliness and friendly staff as well as their delicious food.

They are slow in solving problems like the toilet that they constantly fixed but still couldn't get it right and didn't change the room still.
