対応は悪くなかったのですが荷物の送付の際手違いで荷物の送付先が入れ違っていました。 複数を別住所に送付する際は本人に荷札をつけさせた方が良いと思います。

とても綺麗でスタッフの方々もとても丁寧だった。ランドリーや電子レンジもある、朝食も無料でついてくる、エレベーターはカードキーが必要でセキュリティが万全なのは良い。少し不便な点をあげると電車の駅が少し遠い。近くにはバス停しかないので夜遅くや朝早くの移動はバスがなく、徒歩30分以上かけて駅まで歩くしかない。ただ歩けない距離ではないのであまり気にしすぎることもない。
