Staff went above and beyond. Rooms are what you pay for. Very cute and convenient hotel!

I was pleasantly surprised when we went up to the room, the lobby might not be impressive, but the rooms are very clean. There was a party across the hall from us, they were very noisy, the front desk responded immediately. The mattresses are extremely firm, take this into consideration if you like a softer mattress. The breakfast staff made a wonderful breakfast.! Everybody there was very nice.

Rooms are very small which we didnt mind since it was only 2 of us. Free shuttle to nearest station. Family Mart nearby and a 7-11 within 7 minute walk.

アジア圏の方の団体様が宿泊しておりうるさいのは我慢できたが 朝食会場を占領していたので朝食を食べることができなかった。コロナ禍の時みたいに部屋食に変更できたりしたら良いのにと思った。 ホテル周辺はコンビニとスーパーがある。徒歩10分以内にイタリアンのお店とゆで太郎があるのが食事できるところは少ない

幕張メッセのイベントがある際にはまた利用したいです。

朝食付きでよかったのですが、まわりにレストランが少ないです。駐車場が有料なのも少し残念です。

フロントの方の対応が良かった。

連泊しましたが、きれいにお掃除をしてもらえました。 朝食のスタッフの方が、『柔らかくて美味しいレタスですよ』と声をかけてくれました。他のホテルのスタッフはこのような声掛けはないので、非常に嬉しかったです。朝食も美味しかったです。ヨーグルトやフルーツがあればなおいいかなーと思います。 まわりに夕食が食べるところは少ないです。

朝食が並んでいるのに6時からはパンのみで、他は 6時30分からと食べられなかったのが残念でした。
